Is it normal my boyfriend ignores me a lot?

I text him a serious question or a "hello" and he doesn't even open the message and reply until hours/days later but on his Instagram it says he's active now. I was like "okay, that's fine" the first time but this has been the 14th time and we've only been dating for 2 months. I'm kinda pissed right now but I'm deeply in love with him and I don't want to dump him, but he seems like he's bored of me cause he's doing this shit on purpose. I never confront him about it and when I ignore him on accident he gets all triggered. What do I do? What does this mean? Is this normal? I'm probably overlooking this anyways.

    Two months isn't long. If you're already having trouble communicating, it's not going to clear up by itself. Tell him it's bothering you and if he doesn't care make an informed decision.

    Are you two in a long distance relationship? Because surely within the few days it takes him to respond you would've already talked about whatever you sent him?

    Maybe he's trying to keep you at a distance while the relationship is young, or maybe he's just not a texting kind of guy.

    Ignoring you for days, but if you ignore him for a bit, he whines more than a soiled baby. Real men don't do that crap.

    You gotta move on. Two months is hardly a long relationship...
    And I seriously doubt he is "madly in love" with you.

    When my girlfriend texts me, I try to respond as soon as possible, cause it's rude to ignore people you care about.
    If I'm really busy at work, I'll reply later, maybe after an hour, but I always do.

    If you're 19 and he's 27, you should've already moved on after he kicked you out or watevs.

    If you're a new person, then you should move on as well. Relationships, kind of by definition, require input and effort on the part of both parties.

    1. He's not worth it, and 2. you can't make it work by yourself anyway.
