Is it normal my anxiety tells me that i make people uncomfortable?

I find it really hard socialising these days. SA (social anxiety) has gotten worse probably due to my past bad experiences with people in my subconscious mind. I have been hurt and let down a lot.
Don't like people but a the same time I wish I had few genuine friends but my anxiety won't let me.

I feel fear when I make eye contact or people look at me and all attention is on me. I try my best to push past but I get so paranoid people notice how uncomfortable I am which further worsens anxiety. I also feel like my anxiety makes them uncomfortable. :/

Is this normal? I am starting to push people away

I have the same thing, part of it I think is simply being introverted as well. I enjoy being alone where as many people become downright suicidal if they're alone for too long.

Counseling and pills do nothing, in some cases they even make everything worse.

I still can't look people in the eyes and I'm the most awkward person I know, but I still have friends and manage to socialize ..
If they already know you, they are probably used to it and don't think anything of it.
Meeting new people can be hard but anybody worth your time won't judge you on your socialising abilities :)

There are places that charge on a sliding scale.

Relax, be confident. Study a little about psychology, nourish yourself with knowledge. I see your the kind who has social jitters and feels uncomfortably socialy but that can be fixed. You need to think you have control over others, one thing is to have an anti-social personality like i do, i despise most people, they're not worthy of my interaction, i'm a pompous bastard. Other thing is to be intimidated by maggots, just use body language, voice tone and vocabulary to manipulate other people, learn how to be socially adept.
