Why do you believe it would be cruel to end there life of misery? Wouldn't it be a kindness to end there suffering and relieve the burden they make on society?
Because they are still functioning humans and have feelings and emotions, it would be horrible to force enthanization on them if they didn't want it, it would basically be murder.
I mean if they were suffering with their life and wanted to end it, that would be different but they would need to get help from different psychologists and doctors, afterwards if they feel like nothing can help them other than euthanizeation then yes they should get their wish granted.
Society makes judgement calls about a great many things such as who is eligible for entitlements and such. Don't you think there should be a mechanism in place to eliminate those that will never provide a contribution said society? Obviously at some point the quality of life that is possible is subpar. Why should everyone else have to bear the burden of providing for them? Wouldn't those funds give more benefit overall if used to give gifted individuals a better education becos there contribution will clearl provide a benefit?
Except mental illness does not automatically result in being useless and a life of 100% misery. For example, Howie Mandel has OCD but he continues to contribute to society. Many celebrities had depression and many have managed to recover. I can expand the list a lot more.
IIN most people think Aspergers/Autism people are retarded?

Unless they are literally a vegetable and can't survive without someones care 24/7 or cannot think for themselves, yes.
People in wheelchairs or just have the mind of a five year old are fine, it would be cruel to kill them, I just don't want to be anywhere near them

Clearly if some one is functional they aren't being a burden so thats not who we're talking about.
Screw you, you are so insensitive that you think you can take someone's choice of life away like that. Fuck society. They're HUMAN BEINGS.

I didn't say to cook them and use them ad food. Geez.
Its too bad you couldn't respond with a well thought out rebuttal instead of name calling. Are you incapable of having a civilized discussion?
