When I'm trying to go to sleep all I can hear kids yelling my name from having heard this all day at work. Is this normal. I cannot relax due to it

    This used to happen to me when I worked long hours stocking a store over night. Sounds simple but it was exhausting and when I finally got to go to bed all I would see when I closed my eyes was horrible florescent lighting and an endless maze of aisles. I think it's a stress thing
