Is it normal losing 5 lbs without dieting or exercising

So I used to weigh 119 lbs and I noticed that it went down to 114 lbs in a few weeks. I don’t exercise and I don’t usually watch my weight. I dont really care what I eat or how much I eat (sounds really bad, i know). So I thought I gained some weight but when I checked, I lost some instead. I don’t know if this is a good thing or not. Im the kind of person who eats more even tho I’m already full. Is this possible? Has anyone lost some weight without diet or exercise before and gets to eat as much as they want?

I loss 3 kg in one month without dieting but then turn back to the normal weight. But if you keep losing you'r weight you have to see a doctor

You can lose 5lbs in about 5 days through losing water retention. Many people carry 5-10lbs of water retention on them if they eat a high sodium diet, sometimes more if they have certain conditions, take certain medications, and/or eat a extremely high sodium diet.

I think it's normal, because it's only a few pounds.
