Is it normal it's easier for me to hit high notes in japanese than english?

Something about the way the words are formed makes it easier for me to hit and hold high notes.

    I noticed that when I speak French the tone in my voice is different from when I'm speaking English, so yes it is normal.

    probably the use of more vowel sounds that are usually associated with higher notes

    No. They're completely different and require different kinds of annunciation.

      I guess you could see it that way. I was just thinking about how the way the words are formed makes it easier to open the throat.

        So, you can only hit the tone when it's surrounded by another? Couldn't you practice isolating it?
        How did you learn Japanese? Just curious

          I guess I could take vocal lessons to be able to hit notes no matter the circumstance, I've just never gotten to it along with continuing doll making... And have a friend from Japan tutoring me.

    Could be the voices you're imitating just happen to be higher-pitched. With weeaboos it's hard to tell.

      No the same happens with German even though I'm not as good at it. And if learning Japanese makes me a weeaboo despite loving my own culture, then I guess you won't ever be learning it :D.

        I thought you were just singing anime intros, but learning the language is definitely something different.

        Good luck! Japanese was officially announced as the most difficult language for native English-speakers to learn.
