Is it normal isitnormal removes capitals from words in the middle of a question?

I just asked a question about a specific song and the title and artist were both made lowercase instead of capitals, which I'm annoyed about

      I happened to me all the time, so I stopped capitalizing those words.

        Weird. When I viewed your reply in isolation, it was capitalised, but going back to the full post, it isn't. I guess I have to change that to "Never noticed it".

        I'd put it down to shitty programming.
