    The way you worded this topic seems misleading as in a physical or sexual way. I think you meant you idolize your dad.

      Yeah. I think when people hear the word "attracted to" they automatically assume it is physical or sexual and disregard the other kind of attraction: the mental and admiration kind of attraction
