It's perfectly normal, if on a nudist beach for example. We need to embrace our bodies, disclose our intimacy and rejoice. You will need a big shower though considering you want to have all family members. It's a bit unorthodox. Taking showers together to save water? Don't worry about that, water is inexpensive and there's plenty of it(it's going to be reused ewww).
