My old school books have occupied space in my room, they are getting torn, no one is going to use them again. My siblings have all finished school and they didn`t even use mine because we all did different courses. What can I do with them?
Yes you should donate them. I believe libraries and maybe thrift stores would take them. There may be nonprofits in your area that would take them to give to people in developing countries. It would be a shame to just throw them away.
The thrift shop will take them but who's going to want to read school books. School is useless anyway you should forget as much of that programming as you can.
Then you my friend didnt go to a good enough school. People assume I went to a private school. Problem is that I went to a public school I just paid attention (well I did play doom during astronomy, but the composition of stars was easy enough to learn beforehand)
You could donate them and even if they are outdated sure someone can learn something from them.
Since newspapers aren't delivered anymore i use the papers in my textbooks to clean windows or mirrors. As for the books i'd suggest you give them away to charity.
