Is it normal if i stare at a word too long..

If I stare at a word for too long, I feel as if that word isnt spelt correctly for example- I stared at the word "who" for just over a minute and now.. I'm confused thinking it's spelled differently.
Does this happen to anyone else?

    Ya, or if you say it too many times in a row it sounds all wrong and loses its meaning..
