Is it normal if i sometimes stare blankly for hours after a panic attack

Self-Explanatory, not much I need to elaborate on ( I think )

Edit: Actually now that I think about it I don't know if this counts as staring blankly because I normally do retreat to my imagination

    Don't take benzos, don't do anything to fight the panic attack, ride it out, accept it, accept death. real panic attack you believe you are dying. Accept it, accept there is nothing you can do, and let go.

    I never stare into the abyss, it stares back, my eyes usually dart around scanning for threats. Getting angry is the key
