Whenever I'm talking to my boyfriend I get this urge for him to just stick his finger up my ass, but I want him to do that without stopping the conversation, just as if it was so ok to do that when he feels like it.

Chances are that he's not going to do it if you don't give him the "okay" to do so. You are with so you should bring it up with him. If he agrees than it might progress to the point where he does it randomly with you having to ask then, your fantasy would be fulfilled.

I don't know if it's normal to want to be randomly fingered, but, dude, just enjoy the conversation! I know you said you'd like him to keep talking, but then you're even less likely to care about talking or listening to him.
