Not all gays are flamboyant! I've met a few who surprised me in their homosexuality because they act as straight men do, but they just prefer to have other men as romantic partners.

Take my brother for example. Finding out he was gay was a huge surprise, but I love him anyway. He and his partner are not "feminine" gays.

To be honest they confuse me. I don't understand why some of them have these exaggerated feminine mannerisms. We get that they're gay. What's their point? It seems like overcompensating to me in some way.

I kind of like it and I don't know why. I have gay friends who will say things straight people wouldn't be allowed to get away with. It's kind of the acceptable side of discrimination. So, yes, I know what you mean. But I don't hate it.

Let me describe the difference between Homosexuality and Gay.

Homosexuality is a sexual attraction to the same sex and NOTHING ELSE!

Gay (The slang term anyway) is usually talking about the Flamboyant kind of men. The ones that act 'bitchy' and the one's that are really colorful. They may walk around wearing women's clothing and carry small handbags. They shake their hips when they walk and talk in high pitches voices.

It's perfectly fine to hate gays for being bitchy towards you, or for having bad demeanor towards you. It's not okay to hate to hate them because they are homosexual. As long as you aren't hating them because of the latter, all's good in the hood.

I think he means he hates them because it's not a manly trait to act feminine. Most gay guys I've seen act overly feminine and it does get annoying. Its like leave that to the females and man up. It's like you can be gay just stop trying to be a female if your a male.

Their just people like all of us. Same amount of bitchiness, same amount of assholeness. You may just be seeing it more in them than in others. However, you may want to note that many gays go through a lot of shit growing up, coming out to their parents, being bullied, etc. A lot of times these experiences make people tougher (or bitchier, if you want to look at it that way). This is true with anyone of any sexuality.

I think cause they're just insecure cause theyre not stupid they have an idea people are staring or something blah blah so they come off as mean and rude and bitchy just like any other insecure person who's mean to others and have an attitude to feel better about themselves.

I don't dislike them because they're gay, misunderstood. However, you just let me know of something, I probably think they're more annoying than a b*tchy girl because it has something to do with how they present themselves therefore, i guess it does have to do with them being gay without me intentionally disliking them cause they are gay.
