My mum got a new boyfriend and his daughter is my age and she is really pretty, I've become quite close to her but I just want to know, is it normal to fancy her?

    That would be your step sister, not half sister. You share one parent with half-siblings, so BIG difference here.

      Technically she is neither his step sister nor his half sister because that dude is described as being his mother's boyfriend.

          Then you should have said "that will be" referring to the future instead of past tense because it did not happen yet :)

    of course its normal
    your not blood relatives for Christ sakes and even if your mum marries this guy its still normal,
    you cant suddenly be expected to control your own emotions for an individual just because of somebody elses relationships
    if you find her attractive now youll still find her attractive then ITS NORMAL.
