Is it normal if i can't see clearly something with is 2 cm from my eyes

For example if I hold my finger at 2 cm distance from my eyes i am not able to see it clearly. But I see perfectly at long distances.

Is It Normal?

    I would suggest getting your eyes checked for possibly needing glasses (if you don’t have them already). I think 2cm away is normal to not being able to see clearly though since I can’t see clearly from that distance either. However, glasses can help if you feel strain while doing so.
