Is it normal If i want to be a friend with English/American/Australian/newzealand person , Not for teaching me English BUT for talking/speaking and know other cultures and throw that (throw talking) i can learn English

so it will be an honor for me to know Irish, Canadians, and South Africans (specially iam from Africa).

Firstly, I wanna tell you that I wrote this comment more than 17 times .. (from yesterday to/till now)
In every time I check my stuff or my comments, I do not find the comment or the response which I wrote to you now
