Just curious. I know you hate cheaters. What about the case where a spouse refuses to have sex more than twice a year, and the partner lives in misery because he values the marriage commitment. I have never heard your opinion on that kind of sexual cruelty. What do you think?

Couples counseling, and if the other person doesn't want to work on the relationship then there's always separation and divorce.
