I would say no. The complications are too risky. There are plenty of other men outside the workplace. You might regret it later. You are basically trying to connect with that place more than you should. Given that, at the workplace, you are required to respect some specific rules, they might be irreconcilable with your wishes. In a relationship/affair/whatever separate from work you can control it and stop any time, unless you have commitments which you still get to agree upon gradually, in time. In here, you have some extra commitments which are intrusive, and beyond your control. You might end up arguing with your boss and that deteriorates the professional relationship and can get you fired, or someone (un)intentionally changing their behaviour because of this, and you might not like that. I wouldn't dedicate myself more to the workplace than I should, like sexually. It's probably already enough crap to deal with there, no need for more.
