    She should quit because she wants to initiate screwing her boss. If her boss was making the moves then he should quit.
    Workplace “romances” as you call it, never end well and can get complicated as hell when things go south.
    The saying “you don’t shit where you eat” means you wouldn’t eat while on the toilet, and likewise you don’t have sexual relationships with your colleagues at your place of business.
    If they were both kids working at McDonald’s it’s a different story.
