I really want to study one of the fat people who claims they can't lose weight despite eating nothing but vegetables. I would secretly observe what they ate in their natural habitat, recording calories and physical activity for about a month. Then I would use a tranquilizer gun to put them to sleep and carry them to my laboratory, where I would put them on a healthier diet with a slight calorie deficit and force them to exercise a little. After a year I would publish my findings in a prominent science journal, destroy my test subject, and find another liar to repeat the study.
