Makes no difference when they know that they wish they had been born female. I’m sure there are men out there that have known from childhood that they wanted to be a girl but never do anything about it in their entire lives. I knew 2 kids that both wanted to be doctors from a young age we all went to school together. One of them went on to be a very good surgeon the other one ended up as a plumber. Didn’t mean he didn’t still wish he had been able to follow his dreams but when he left school his family needed him to go to work not to university, so he got an apprenticeship and became a very good plumber instead. Point is neither of them were doctors growing up, they just knew it’s what they wanted. One went on to be one the other didn’t.
