Is it normal i want to ask to kiss her , or is that too forward?

I have a big internet crush on this chick I met over a month ago.
I find her really beautiful, her pictures are just so cute. I'm a girl as well.
I am going to try meet her somehow.
I may invite her to this event in a couple of months. I have a bad urge to want to kiss her, see if I feel something but I feel awkward asking "Can I kiss you"? Is it inappropriate to do this in a crowded place, I'd hate to make her feel uncomfortable.
I've never done something like this so itl take some balls. I'm thinking maybe I should just give it a go!! You only live once right ;p

    If you haven't actually met her in person, perhaps you need to slow down a bit and see what the chemistry is like when you actually meet.

    Personally, I think something like "I'd really like to kiss you" and see how she responds, rather than asking, which seems a bit formal and offputting to me.

    If you do end up kissing, it would depend on the type of event whether it mattered if people were around or not, but that would also depend on how turned on or embarrassed either or both of you are.
