Is it normal i want delete comments on someone's post?

I want to delete some comments I come across but they are not on my poll. This is annoying, do others feel the same way?

      Well, you DO. It Doesn't neccessarily mean it's right though considering this is a public social site. No one should delete anyone's comments. But the OPs are entitled to do so.
