IIN I've to hug a cat every day at least once?

My cat is by my side at this very moment! It's 5 o'clock in the afternoon, thunder is rolling, and rain is starting to pour from from the sky.

I have just given my Siamese cat a kiss, and a couple of treats for no reason other than gracing me with his presence. He seems to always be by my side despite my unworthiness, of his naturally doting, sometimes demanding nature. I do oftentimes feel a sense of of sorrow that my feline companion has never had any other animal friends. He is fond of friendly, gentle dogs. Never have I met a cat so obedient that when he called to my attention an injured bird in our old garden in Las Vegas I only had to tell him, "no", once. Imagine if other cats, dogs, and even humans could have such sensible, and gentle dispositions. He is the definition of a good kitty!
