Is it normal I've had diarrhea all day and at this moment I'm wondering "Did I just fart or did I just shit myself?"???

    An upset stomach and a bit of diarrhoea happens to just about everyone at some point in their life. Mind what you eat and drink plenty to flush your system through. If you’re not fine in a day or two go to the pharmacist and get something for it
