Go to the doctor. It might not be an STI, but even if it isn't, it could be a different kind of infection (it sounds like a yeast infection to me).
In the meantime, try to calm down. Most sexually transmitted infections are curable, and even the ones that aren't are treatable. As long as you get this taken care of in a timely manner, it won't "ruin" you.
