  • So do you have an STI or not? Your title was misleading.
Are you sure these spots weren't there before you had sex? Did you have unprotected sex?
You can go see a doctor or go to a family planning clinic. It's not as embarrassing as you think it is. I have been many times in my life.

      • You can catch things through sharing sex toys. It's not common but it does happen. Don't worry, nothing disgusts me lol.
Most STIs tests for women are done from a urine check so it's not embarrassing at all. You may just want a check up.
But these spots could be normal surprisingly. They could be Fordyce spots which are small, white and painless and can be found around the vaginal opening. Many people actually have these. They cause no medical concern at all. Maybe you could find out more and see if this is actually what it is.
About the discharge, the amount seems to change as we get older. Our lady areas never stay the same, including the cycle of our periods. You may just be noticing your discharge more because you are a bit scared about having an STI.

          • You are normal. Girls in porn are not normal. It took me a long time to realise that. If you boyfriend is a good person, trust me, he won't care what you look like.
And I wouldn't worry about telling your mum. I'm sure she doesn't mind. Remember that she was your age once and she has probably felt the exact way you do, worried about how she looks down there. That's what mums are for. I know it's embarrassing but she will understand. You don't need to tell her about the STI part because it doesn't even sound like one to me, you can just tell her you think you are not normal down there.
Although small white spots on the vagina area are more normal than you think. No one talks about vagina's so we don't know what's normal and that's why us women get so worried.
