Not normal; but, there are enough Ladies who act that way.
There are many people (men and woman) who just are nice and helpful because they believe in being nice and helpful.
They have no expectations or thoughts of sex our of it. Now if you get into a long term friend/helper/mentor relationship it may well come up later when they know more about you as a person and if you match the kind of person they are looking for. But, that's a lot different than an immediate expectation or thought.
Of course, there are the jerks who expect some kind of reward for any nice treatment or assistance (and sex being a common one if you match their type).
