Well, if they choose to have tests for whatever if there's a family history. Otherwise, you're right, they can't really know until they have a kid with no face or some other awful affliction. But have another kid knowing they might be born with the same condition and you're just a selfish asshole in my opinion.
I mean it could of been a genetic mishap for the first born. People want a normal child. Cant blame them for trying again and your autistic child "tragically" dies in a pool.
