Yeah man bipolar is a problem with the brain as well, not sure what your point is but much like a stereotypical narcissist you appear to believe the world revolves around yourself and your problems are the worst and most important ones. You need help and to stop being so bitter. Unless you go around telling people on the daily "hi i'm a narcissist!" I doubt that everyone constantly judges you for it.
The only reason people would react negatively to you is that you behave in a bad way and hurt or offend people. You need to at least try to put yourself in other peoples shoes, which sure you may not be capable of but use your intellect then instead and think about the fact that things aren't always other peoples fault. If a lot of people you come across react negatively to you then that is a problem with you, not them. I get that narcissists are incapable of admitting flaws but it's about time you start trying. It really always starts with attitude, if you want to be happy then seek the help you need and stop trying to have everyone like you all the time because approval and happiness only comes from within. It can only ever be temporary from other people because no one can be your personal supply of approval and happiness as human beings all have their own ups and downs and their own lives and shit to deal with.
