Is it normal i think i have bi polar & do i?

My family sometimes jokes & says I have bi polar...I actually have wondered this for a while now because I have weird symptoms but not sure if its bi polar.
When hanging with friends, I am very random, I change topic often and say things out of context, kind of like ADD.
I can have random surges of anger for no reason or something little will trigger it and I'll boil up inside & start a full blown argument over something stupid.
I can be having a really great day and then I'll get negative low self esteem thoughts that change my uplifting mood. Happens quite often. I have moments where I'm super happy & laughing at the siliest things after feeling a bit low during that day. I'm 22f and one of my practioners in the past said I had a touch of bi polar (so he believed). Anyone have or know someone with bi polar and do you think I have traces of it?

You cannot get such a serious diagnosis over the Internet. That's not how it works.

    • I was just wanting an idea as some people on here may have it.
If I did , I believe it would be a mild case of bi polar so am curious what others think..

You want the opinion of a site mostly populated by trolls, idiots, or idiotic trolls.

Are you sure you don't want to rethink that?

It's possible, but nothing you've indicated here has anything to do with being bi-polar. Another name for bi-polar is "manic depressive disorder" and it is characterized by periods of mania where you experience an uncontrollable "up" period, this is neither like baseline, or "happiness". And you also have periods of a deep and heavy depression. These periods both last for long periods of time especially the depression one. There is a remarkable amount of misinformation about bi-polar out there, it is a real disorder, but when people throw the term around it is typically misinformed.
