Yes this is normal. It's called feeling anxious and self concious. It usually wears off slowly as you realize that most people in a day don't give you a second thought. Most people are natually distant or putting on a face, they're wrapped up in their own fears and thoughts. Your brain has this nasty little trick though where the more you feed it the idea something is wrong with you, the harder it looks for something to be wrong. Feeling people think something is wrong with you is an assumption. You can't read their minds and what they telegraph is often unrelated to the situation at hand. Recognize it for what it is and it will no longer have power over you. I have felt as you do and wasted a lot of time, tears and money at the doctor to figure it out. In the end, I literally just needed a vitamin, more water and to realize I was creating my own problem. If it's a persistent issue, seek help to figure out the root. Sometimes chemicals in your brain shift on you, that's doctor territory. Sometimes you just need one honest friend to tell you when you're trying to read minds and stopped asking questions. I don't know you, but I hope this helps.
IIN I think everyone thinks I'm insane
