Your house. If you want to walk around naked, dressed in drag, or donning the full furry outfit - it's your right. You have the common curtesy to "cover up" if someone comes over, so as far as I see it, you're doing as much as anyone could ask for.
Enjoy the freedom of being skyclad. If anyone condemns you, well, they don't have to come to your house do they.
I seriously assumed everyone walked around naked in their house and only dressed up when people were coming over or to leave their house.
It's good to know that I can also dress up as a furry or a drag queen in the comfort of my own home - thanks for introducing me to that idea. Will definitely look into it. ;)
Personally, I don't walk around naked - but then I also prefer to leave the curtains open to let natural light Into the house, and as I live on a busy street...
Nudity is one of those things that seems weird until you start doing it (or being around it), then it seems so natural you wonder why everyone doesn't do it. I've had a few nudist friends over the years, and honestly, after a while you just don't even notice the lack of clothes. It's funny how the mind works - you can look at a naked body sexually and be aroused, but in a non-sexual context that same person can walk around and do nothing for you.
Wait, so your friends hang out with you and don't put on anything at all? Damn, I don't think I'd be comfortable hanging out totally naked in front of my friends, just because I feel like it would make them super uncomfortable.
LOL - Not quite, but yes. It started off where they (it was one family mainly) would get dressed when I visited (although their young children would occasionally wander about naked after a bath, and their older daughter (10ish) would swim in their pool naked and come inside with just a towel wrapped around her - but I never paid much heed to that).
One day (as I am a geek) the wife asked me to take a look at their PC as it was freezing, so I popped over after work. Their desktop was a rather artistic photograph of them all nude at a beach, with their backs to the camera, and I offhandedly remarked "Oh so you are nudists". She replied (sort of embarrassed) "well yes, we are actually".
Long story short - they thought I was a bit of a prude because I was in IT and seemed to be well educated (why I don't know), and didn't want me feeling uncomfortable with their being nude. After I told them I certainly wasn't a prude, had no issue with nudity (and over drinks once the kids went to bed) started to regale them about some of my antics over the years, we all ended up stripping off and going for a swim in their pool, and just didn't bother getting dressed again.
I crashed there overnight (I'd been drinking) in their spare room, and woke to find their 4 year old daughter staring at me, and my morning wood. That freaked me out, until she said "you're really hairy" (well I am hirsute) and wandered out.
From then on (until they moved interstate about 18 months later), every time I went over they were nude. I remained dressed (mainly because I was usually just stopping in for a coffee), and everyone was happy.
IIN: I stay naked in my house unless I plan on going out.
