Is it normal i see people watching me while i sleep

For the past two weeks I keep seeing someone standing over my bed and watching me sleep.I keep my phone torch beside me and shine it around my room to see if someone's there and then they disappear.I can never close my eyes because when I do still think there's someone there so I open them again and see the person.

Is It Normal?

    It's just the aliens. They are looking for specimens to do an anal probing. If they choose you, no worries. It doesn't hurt.

    Sounds scary. Could it be that you're in a half-asleep state when this occurs? I hear it happens to some people. They haven't fully awaken

    Try sleeping with the lights on for a few days and see if it gets better.

    Don't listen to these chuckleheads who are making fun of you. It can be a serious condition. Sounds like a hallucination. See a therapist and tell them what you told us.
