Actually, if you're really sweaty applying deodorant before bed then again in the morning for some reason makes deodorant work like 4 times better

It's not abnormal but I also haven't heard of anyone doing this before. I'm going to say that it's probably normal. You're not hurting anyone or yourself by doing it so keep doing it if it makes you happy.
