I'd say, the heart wants what the hearts wants.
I understand that being in a strong religion/tradition (the bit about your parents), but you shouldn't force attraction or desire.
I don't think it's a problem to be attracted to women of other religions, it may just be because you find it out of your realm; your element. You probably like discovering new things, being adventurous, and exploring new areas of life than what you're used to.
It's just like (sorry to bring up race!) how a lot of white people are attracted to non-white people, like me. I don't really like white guys or girls because they are too similar. I like different cultures, the difference in how each person is brought up...but that's just me.
