That does not change the laws. You most likely live in a country where intercourse or sexual contact between the two of you will be deemed illegal.
Don't go doing something stupid because you think you will both be together forever, you indeed may die together at a ripe old age, but the odds are against that. You both are far from the end of your emotional, psychological and physical development. If you sleep with her now, she may charge you at a later date. Such cases have no statutory limitation. She may be be influenced by family or perhaps a new boyfriend looking for some victim compensation. Either way, don't sleep with her. You may live the rest of your life regretting it.
