Is it normal i'm afraid people will realise i was a guy?

Every time I go out and every time I go to a social event, I'm afraid someone will be able to tell that I wasn't born a girl and that I was a guy before transition. Before I go out, I make sure I'm wearing a decent amount of makeup and very feminine clothes, so that nobody will doubt, but regardless of what I do, I'm still nervous around others, I have this constant fear that someone will realise I was a man.

Just be yourself, go out and do whatever u wanna do. Nobody really cares for anyone nowadays. If u fear now of what "others" will think of u, then u my friend will fear it for your entire life.

Be you!! I'm proud of you for being who you want to be. You just need to gain confidence, this society needs to be more accepting.
For the record, your sex may be male, but your gender is female.
You're a woman, (she pronouns!!) embrace it.

I was goth my late teens and early 20s and crossdressed. I was all dude personality and voice wise but dudes that are into that generally didn't care about that. I was a with a girlfriend then.

I wore the sluttiest miniskirts etc and learned Krav Maga earlier in life after the bi drama earlier. I pulled it off though.

Have you considered the goth/new wave/punk scene?? I was rotalty there when I was younger.

You cant even tell and its normal to feel like someone might find out but unless you tell them theres no way they would be able to tell or even doubt it.

It seems normal. You sound like you are trying to hide a secret, and probably are to some degree, and don't want people to find out, so it scares you that someone might.
