That's the problem with ideologies like feminism. Equal rights for women is a worthy goal of course, but so often there are value judgements attached about what people /should/ do in their own lives. There's a big difference between saying women have the right to pursue a career and telling a women she's wrong for being a homemaker. But apparently it's easy for people to lose sight of that distinction. I'm not saying you personally do that, but maybe you've got a bit of internalized (feminist) oppression. ;)
There are sadly many feminists who try to dictate what sexual practices other adult women should engage in, especially when it comes to BDSM and Dom/Sub.
So adult women who enjoy these themes are sometimes treated as if they're not "good enough" - or even worse, treated as if they've been "brainwashed" - because they've chosen a different sexual path.
And it's not even just in sexual issues that this happens. There are feminists who also try to ignore the rights of women from different religions, political parties, women who make different career choices. Not because these different women are somehow worth less, but because by pretending they're worthless is how people justify ignoring their views.
