    Sounds like a great incentive to close on the deal. I bet it gets you some referrals as well!

    I see nothing wrong with it, but curious how many are the men married and are you having sex with them in their new home before their wives do?

      Some are married and look at the properties first, before they show their wives. Yes, it does help with referrals.
