Your anus is probably not much more than and inch from your vagina, and it's not like your butt cheeks stay clamped shut over it except when you're taking a dump.
Feeling self-conscious about being clean is normal, as is feeling at least a little frisson of excitement about letting him see a part of you that you've been told is very naughty and dirty since you were very small. Showing your anus to someone else is a taboo, and loads of people find it sexually exciting to violate - or fantasise about violating - every taboo you can think of.
