Is it normal i like my salad salty?

A little extra salt does enhance the flavor of the salad, but if you consume so much that you become dehydrated, you can develop certain health issues.

I don't know how you do salad in your counties but in mine people generally put salT. My mum always does.
The first time I tasted unsalted tomato was when I was 15 years old. I was amazed at the difference. Then I started to eat every vegetable alone to see what it actually tastes like.

If you put so much salt on it you get dehydrated that's a concern. Too much salt can lead to other health problems. Do you put lots of salt on other stuff? I would start cutting back on the salt until it's near nil.
