I know I'm not the only one but I keep running out of thumbs up on some comments here. Can one abuse positive feedback?

It makes sense to limit thumbs down because of some users but I want to be allow to thumb up any comment I want.

    you only get 2 per user now cuz "some people" trolled this site too hard in the past so the owner got mad & removed or limited a bunch of features
