Is it normal i imagine attacking/killing a clone of myself?

Lately I can't stop thinking about it.
I imagine myself in an mostly empty room with a clone (I think???) of myself. I start punching and kicking the clone, then grab a weapon and use it on them (a brick, an axe, anything really.)
Usually I end it by taking a gun and shooting the corpse a few times as it lays on the ground.
Is that crazy?
(Edit)
I usually think about this when I do something stupid or f*ck up.

Well it's not completly normal but I'm gonna vote it is, because it could be a lot worse.

    You're like "fucking stupid me".

It's way better than cutting yourself for exemple.

It is a way of self reflection. Brain is really good at keeping itself stable and coupling with problems in its own stupid way.

The "Clone" is not really you, but just the part of yourself you do not like. You are trying to fight it, you are trying to get rid of it.

It is healthy for you if done correctly. But you need to learn to love yourself. That is how you are also going to love others.
Try the same game but flip the roles. Imagine yourself being who you are, with all your fuck ups, and the clone being a the person that is trying to help you.
Imagine the clone talking to you. Telling you things you would expect from people telling you to make you feel better.

People fail to realize that the biggest enemy you will ever face is yourself. Once you find a way to turn that enemy into a friend nothing in this world will break you.

I sometimes feel like I hate myself too. I wish I wasn't in the place in life I am right now.

You apparently hate yourself. That's fucked up.

  • I used to have some real fucked up dreams that were somewhat similar. Never daydreams though.
