Is it normal i hold my breath around ugly/unlikable people

This happens solely because of my grandma. She doesn't shower, brush her teeth, smells (why I hold my breath), and is in fact extremely ugly (imagine a witch from a children's book). I'm not fond of her. I hold my breath every time she's around :)

That has branched over to other people though. Every time I see someone who looks dirty, is extremely ugly (like a witch), or someone I hate, I hold my breath. Is this normal?

    What about a really ugly person who smells great, cause the person is clean and wearing a nice cologne? What do you do if a person is an attractive person who is a hippie type, and has B.O. because that person doesn't wear deodorants or antiperspirant?

    Since this all started with your grandmother I wondering if you have ever told your parents about it?

      I'll excuse the ugly person if I've known them, but to be honest the only person that comes close to being as ugly as my gma is that Steve Buscimi guy. If I got to know him, I probably wouldn't hold my breath around poor Steve.

      If I know someone smells, no matter what, I won't breath until I'm a good 10 meters away from them, and I don't care how attractive they are at that point.

      My mom knows and I've told her only because she doesn't like my gma either. She thinks it's odd, but not surprising coming from me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
