Is it normal i have so many problems with food?

Here are my list of problems with food:
1. I had a eating disorder when I was 15.
2. I am allergic to dairy and I got sick from eating it.
3. I had food poisoning in 2016.

I don't know if its normal that I had so many bad experiences with food.

  • That's extremely mild if you ask me, I also had an eating disorder, I'm sensitive to dairy. Try having aggressive acid reflux, every time I eat anything to acidic or riddled with sodium I have painful volcanic burps followed bye possible vomiting and intestinal distress. You're basically really normal with this one.

    • Waking up in the middle of the night choking on stomach acid is a horrible experience.

      • You got that right, my friend. I have my bed mattress elevated so that acid reflux night choking episodes don't affect me as often. It is horrible, but having permanent erectile dysfunction is a soul crushing experience. My cock is just pathetic.

  • That's not too bad, to tell you the truth. Food poisoning sucks. Been there twice. Yep, I have a few food intolerance issues. I'm allergic to dairy too. I do tend to feel better not eating than eating. I guess if someone wanted to pin me with an 'eating disorder' that could be done. But, this medicalization b.s. has, in my opinion, gone too damn far. A lot of people experiment with diet, especially if some foods make them feel bad. It is a pain to have to figure out what you can/can't eat.

No worries! You've lived! You're relatively normal.
Be glad you don't have severe IBS or something awful like Crohn's disease.

Take probiotics, eat relatively clean aka real food, figure out what the heck you can/ can't eat, and you ought to be good to go.

Yeah, PROBIOTICS are the KEY!!!!! Your gut is a micro-biome of healthy necessary good bacteria. Serious. SERIOUS!!!!
