Well, most of the incest and pedophile posts are about people feeling tempted and confused about their feelings. Many of them haven't done anything yet. At that point I think they need help instead of judgement.
But when it comes to those who already did it and aren't in the least ashamed, people just looking for validation for their selfish behaviour, then I would agree with you.
That's why I hope it's just an internet troll. Then their actual problem might just be: being 15.
