It is really hard being anxious like this. You have amazing strength to keep trying so hard. It's not that you're failing - anxiety is just such a relentless thing sometimes when it gets out of hand. Be hopeful that it will be able to be managed better one day (and soon for you, I hope). Sometimes we don't want to talk about it with anyone - but weirdly, when you do share it with someone you trust, it can help you. I think it's just being able to express it - it puts it into perspective a bit more. My doctor was good to talk to as I didn't want to let on to my friends too much. Meds helped and now I feel more in control of it. I feel a bit more motivate, and the more I do stuff, the more motivated I'm feeling. Hope you work it out. You're not alone. Isn't it 1 in 8 people suffer anxiety related problems? That's a lot of people.
Thanks heaps for your wonderful advice! My sis has struggled with Ocd anxiety, social and panic attacks for years! My first attack was at a library when I was about 16. I had it on and off but recently has gotten severe! Its 1 in 4 people I've read. Just feel sorry for my mum who has 2 daughters with it ! If I could choose not to have it, I would! I'm in so much body pain :(
IIN I have no will for anything due to anxiety!?
