So do I in my late 60's! It's actually a heat rash rather than pimples though and the only way I've found to deal with it is to make sure I'm thoroughly dry by using the hairdryer on cool and use medicated cornstarch as talc, but not so much that it cakes because that makes the rash worse.
I also use Paw Paw Ointment at night and try and avoid anything synthetic, which is a bit hard with bra's I admit. I carry a small tube of the ointment with me so that if I get sweaty and start to itch I can apply it, otherwise I start scratching and of course that makes it worse.
I'm a 24-26 DDD by the way and if I could afford it I'd have a breast reduction, not so much for appearance reasons (although that would be a bonus) but because of the rash and the fact that if I wear a bra every day the weight pulls on my neck and shoulders.
